Store Credits (Gift Vouchers) and Purchased Gift Vouchers
Marho & Co. credit notes (gift vouchers) and Purchased Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue. Vouchers should be treated as cash - we are unable to honour misplaced or expired vouchers.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation of an order is required from the receipt of order. Notification must be made either in person, via email or by phone and must include the order number. If the order has been dispatched, the Customer is liable for all costs associated with shipment of the order and shipment of the return of order.
Acceptance of Orders
Acceptance of Orders Your receipt of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, or confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, without prior notice to the Customer. We reserve the right to refuse any order without reason. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you upon cancellation of an order. All monies received for the cancelled order will be refunded via the payment method used.
Ownership And Risk
Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address. When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please note: Marho & Co. cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.
Sale Delivery Delays
Please note during sale periods, orders may be subject to delay, so please allow minimum 3-5 business days for orders to be shipped.
